We are looking for someone who is comfortable with statistics, with great deductive reasoning skills, and can thrive with the following responsibilities:   Job Description:  As a Risk Analyst & PCI Compliance Manager, you'll help develop UpClick to become the industry leader in e-commerce transactions. You'll have a direct impact on the financial success of UpClick’s platform and brand. Additionally, you will gain valuable exposure to the world of UpClick, including its business model, customer focus and fraud detection technology.    Responsibilities:

• Assist in fraud investigations including: reviewing accounts and transactions, detecting fraud patterns, and summarizing key findings
• Monitor and coordinate internal policies regarding security and fraud that are consistent with rules imposed by the Payment Card Industry (PCI)
• Provide continuous monitoring of UpClick’s merchant portfolio to ensure their business models are viable
• Work with merchants & affiliates to minimize financial exposure
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance tools functionality and overall knowledge on e-commerce fraud
• Work closely with customer support team to refine processes, quality and product expansion

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in fraud detection or analysis is preferable but not essential.
• Strong analytical skills, with an exceptional attention to detail will be key in this position   
• Developed oral and written communication skills are a must
• Understanding the dynamics of internet commerce and marketing are definite assets 
• Ability to work with short deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Capable of communicating with English and French customers alike
• Must be able to work autonomously and ready to accept ownership of your work product
